Graduated from A.U.C in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in accounting; MBA from Maastricht School of Management, majoring in finance, CFA. Joined the banking industry in 2002 and worked successively in the credit department and investment banking department - Devon Energy- Until December 2004, when he joined the international leasing company “Incolease”, gradually taking over credit and business capabilities until 2018 when he was appointed Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Upper Egypt / UE Finance.

Graduated in 2006 from Faculty of Commerce- English Section, has 16 years of experience in the field of Credit and Risk management, started his career in the National Bank of Egypt for 10 Years after that joined EG bank for 1 year then The United bank for 3 years finally Joined UE Finance as a CRO in September, 2021

Graduated from Francophone schools, Faculty of Arts “French Section “ Joined the Financial Leasing market for 19 Years, starting from 2006 with Corplease leasing Company for 9 years, then 5 years with A.T Finance (owned 99% by A.T. Lease) until being acquired by Tharwa Capital to practice 2 years with Plus Leasing, joined B.M lease in 2017 owned by Banque Misr for three years, then Cairo Lease Corporation, Easy Lease – until finally joined UE Finance in September -2022.

Graduated in 2009, joined Mobinil Establishment, then joined the leasing Industry with Upper Egypt in 2011 till 2017, then QNB from 2017-2019. By end of 2019- joined UE Finance till present. MBA & Strategic Management
